About Ian Billings

Ian Billings is an accomplished writer for children’s television (including CBBC’s “ChuckleVision”), forty professional pantomimes and author of eight children’s books. He is a recognised educationalist with twenty years' experience delivering workshops and shows into schools, art centres and theatres in the UK and beyond.

Performance work in schools, libraries and theatres

Schools book literacy workshops for a morning followed by a KS2 performance in the afternoon

WORKSHOPS: Each workshop focuses on individual and group work through vibrant and hilarious interactive drama techniques - during which pupils will acquire a strong understanding of character profiling and setting structure

STAND-UP COMEDY: The stand-up show touches on all aspects of creative invention and use of imagination. It has toured major venues throughout the UK including the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and August see its debut in Australia! The show is available without workshops if required.
